Valencia, October 3rd, 2024. The Insurance Compensation Consortium has awarded SERVITRIA, a company specialising in the provision of comprehensive services, the contract to conduct the refurbishment work at the headquarters of the public entity in Valencia.
This is the second time that the Insurance Compensation Consortium has chosen SERVITRIA which, since 2022, has been conducting the conductive, preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities of the corporate building of this organisation in Madrid.
This new project aims to update the facilities to improve the efficiency of the installations and, at the same time, redistribute spaces to ensure maximum use is made of the office.
The SERVITRIA team started work in August and the project will last four months. The intervention will adapt the existing offices in two separate premises by adapting installations such as low-voltage electrical installations, air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, and other work on ceilings and floors.
The course of the intervention will not affect the attention to the public, as this service will continue to be provided normally in the offices during the works. The facility that houses the consortium’s delegation dates to 1970 and stands on a plot of more than 400 square metres in the central Plaza de Tetuán, with seven floors and a parking area in the basement. It has two premises for administrative use and offices with a total built area of 623 m2 and a usable area of 577 m2.
