Ethics Channel

This channel is the internal information system which Servitria provides so that anyone can make bring possible irregularities, breaches or behaviour produced under the framework of Servitria’s activities and in contravention of the current legal framework, the Code of Conduct and/or the Group’s ethical values to the attention of the Code of Conduct Committee.

The Ethics Channel is managed based on the principles of confidentiality, respect for anonymity in the case of people who do not wish to be identified, impartiality and objectivity, non-retaliation with regard to the informer who reports in good faith, and respect for the rights of all parties involved in managing the files.

An email address is required in order to process a communication, but all other identification fields are voluntary.
