SERVITRIA promotes BREEAM certification for logistics warehouses

The company has adapted five buildings, owned by P3, to obtain sustainability certifications.

This strategy has led it to créate a specific área of renewable energies that in addition to generating its own projects, offers solutions to the needs of the building,installations and maintenance areas implemented in the company and can now offer its clients the installation of photovoltaic plants.

P3, the leading Europeaninvestor and developer of logistics and industrial real estate, has entrusted SERVITRIA with the adaptation of five logistics warehouses throughout Spain with the aim of adapting them to the requirements requested by the main certifying companies for sustainable buildings..

SERVITRA teams have been working simultaneously for several weeks in the provinces of Barcelona, Guadalajara and Toledo, carrying out work to adapt lighting installations,implement lighting control systems, and install new lighting systems. monitoring and control of water consumption, construction and marking of car sharing areas, audits of risk assessments and hydraulic installations.

Once SERVITRIA’s adaptation and improvement works have been completed, P3 will obtain the BREAAM Very Good seals, thus adding greater value to its existing assets and aligning them with the company’s current sustainability policy.
